Ampbot or A.M.P Automated Music Personality has a remote control and can be hooked up to an MP3 player or iPod on its back. This 2.4 feet tall bot can bob its head and dance while LED lights on its head flash red. It has stereo speakers and turntable-shaped hands that can be used for volume control, sound effects and DJ-style scratching.

InFocus introduced the X10 Full HD 1080p projector in the UK. The X10 features a 16:9 native aspect ratio, and a contrast ratio of 2500:1, which can be boosted with a button push to 7500:1 via the company’s Active Iris in the lens. The X10’s 300W lamp gives it a 1,200 lumens brightness rating, and is rated for 2,000 hours of operation. The 1.2:1 fixed lens is able to create a clear image up to nearly 17 feet, or over 200 inches. Vertical Digital Keystone Correction is adjustable up to 13 degrees. The The DarkChip1 DLP chipset was sourced from Texas Instruments and the DLP color wheel is a 7-segment unit, calibrated to the D65K color accuracy standard.
Connection options include an HDMI 1.3 input, a proprietary M1-DA port that can use a DVI-D, VGA, HDMI and component video plug via an adapter, component video, RS-232 jack, wired remote and screen trigger.
The X10 will cost an equivalent of $2,165 in the UK although release dates have not been announced.
