Philips is going to release the Xenium X810 in China as a successor to the previously released Xenium X800.The X810 features a 240 x 400 pixels TFT touchscreen display with 262K colors, and a navigation pad that’s probably touch-sensitive.

Toshiba will release its high-end notebook PC for the Japanese market. The Toshiba QWXW comes with a powerful nVidia GeForce 9800M GTS with 1GB of VRAM, a 128GB SSD and 160GB of HDD, a 2.66GHz Core 2 Duo T9550 and a DVD Super multi drive. The basic model comes with a 2GB of RAM and retails for approx. €2435, after conversion.

Here is the latest LaCie Hard Disk Max that contains two drives within so you can easily setup this hard disk to RAID0 for performance, or RAID1 for failure protection. You can use this drive for backup purposes. LaCie also offers a 1-year unlimited online backup service. 2TB of the LaCie Hard Disk Max retails for $270.

Cowon will launch the Cowon S9 MP3 player in Korea on December 16th. The gadget boasts a 3.3-inch AMOLED capacitive touch panel display that provides 16 million colors on 480 x 272 pixels resolution. The player is powered by a 500MHz dual-core CPU, and supports T-DMB digital television tuner, Bluetooth, FM radio, text/photo viewer, electronic dictionary function, TV-out, and G-Sensor accelerometer. The S9 also supports user interface of touchscreen, gravity sensor, zoom in/out flash menu and video clip preview function. Its battery provides up to 55 hours of music playback, 11 hours of video playback, and up to 350 hours of standby time. The Cowon S9 is available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB storage space. The DMB model will be released next year.

Creative has unveiled its new MP3 player. The specs of this gadget is the same as in the Zen Stone. The Moo offers a tiny OLED display, 2GB of internal memory, 20 hour playback time and an integrated FM tuner. The Creative Zen Moo was specially designed to honor the year of the cow in the Chinese zodiac calendar for 2009.

The latest Hitachi CP-X809J video projector is specially made for a professional use. It is actually an inorganic panel based projector that provides a brightness level of 5000 lumens with 275Watts lamp, and 1024×768 resolution. The projector also offers a 1.2x zoom, Ethernet, power management, and four x 4W SRS WOW speakers. The Hitachi CP-X809J retails for approx. €6700 in Japan.
