SHARP displayed its slide-n-tilt MID ‘Willcom D4′ during Computex 2008, which is powered by Intel Atom processor and Windows Vista OS.

Adopting a 5-inch touch screen, 1GB of RAM and 40GB HDD, the Willcom D4 supports 1-Seg mobile TV, wireless LAN, Bluetooth connectivity, 1.98M camera and micro SD card slot.

Measuring 192.3×84×25.9mm at 470g, it is expected to be available for between 120,000 and 130,000(JPY).
